Laughter

Laughter is used therapeutically as a valuable tool for reframing and disassociating.

When laughter is used it creates a distance between the dis-ease and the mind, enabling healing to take place. The whole being thrown into chaos with large bouts of laughter, the mind believes it is under attack and releases enzymes and endorphins into the bloodstream to compensate this.

Endorphins are a natural pain relieving chemical which when released leave the client pain free and de-stressed.
